Thank you for contacting us. You do not need a preauthorization for returns, just as long as they were received within 30 days, have not been washed or worn, and were not bought at 30% off or more.
For all returns, you have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the return for store credit/exchange. You will write the reason for the return on the packing slip and then place it inside the package. Please mail the package back to the below address. Once processed you will receive an email with an e-gift card for the return. We issue back in the form of online zzs credit for all returned items. Keep in mind all items purchased at 30% off or more are final and can not be returned. Please let me know if you have any questions.
